At Konges Sløjd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
